If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We do not store your full credit card information.

If payment cannot be successfully processed, your order may be delayed or canceled.
6. Shipping
Orders are generally processed within one to two business days.
Orders ship from Provo, Utah.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
Lil Boba is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier delays, natural disasters, customs processing, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped whenever available.
7. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final.
Lil Boba does not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been delivered as ordered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@lilboba.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item
If we determine that the issue resulted from shipping damage, a manufacturing defect, or an error on our part, we may, at our discretion, replace the affected products or issue an appropriate refund.
